A fast-rising upstart in the nautical industry, Seasmart was founded in 2007 by Marco Del Prete and Mirko Antonelli, a third generation moulding and modelling manufacturer and a mechanical engineer, two friends who both happened to have a passion for sailing. Marco’s family tradition in moulding and modelling, owner of the company Ennegi Ltd, combined with Mirko’s years of experience in designing nautical hardware made a perfect match: in 2005 they began to custom design and manufacture their first prototypes of the now well-known folding cleats. Today, Seasmart offers some of the highest quality custom designed hardware available on the global market. in 2009 Enrico Francolini joint the team, a graduate in economics, friend and racing partner since longtime, chief of commercial department.Seasmart has risen to international recognition not only for its quality hardware but also for how they support their clients.
